how do i getrid of mold in a baby stroller?
Somehow the trunck of my truck, which is covered, got wet during a storm and my baby stroller was there. I took it out and now has dark green-black dots all over; I think it may be mold.
I just put some of the Oreck stain remover that is supposed to remove all dificult stains from carpets… but so far nothing… Im still waiting.
Do you now how can I get rid of the spots??
thanks!!

Put the stroller out side in the sunlight, The sun kills of mold and mildew, you need to leave it outside for a couple of days, bring it i at night. Then add lemon juice , put outside again and leave in the sun to dry. Next wash with a sponge and warm water, again dry in the sun. This should remove the mold. Also when this happens with dry cleaning materials, do the same by adding lemon juice, also add salt. Then wipe down with cold water sponge

Listen…The way to get rid of the mold is in the garbage. Buy a new stroller please. Unless you are using the stroller for something other than hauling a baby, just get a new one.
Pour undiluted white distilled vinegar into a spray bottle. Vinegar is great at getting rid of mold/mildew, it isn’t toxic like bleach (particularly if you will use the stroller for a baby) and it also eliminates the bad odor. Spray the vinegar onto the affected areas. Let it sit for several hours, ideally outside in the sun.
Use warm, sudsy water to wash it. Rinse it and let it dry in a clean, dry place.
Mix water and household bleach in a spray bottle (usually 1/2 and 1/2 should do the trick). Spray onto affected areas, let dry, rinse with soap and water and let dry. Should do the trick.
