Do all baby strollers have polyester?

Do all baby strollers have polyester?
I’m buying a newborn a baby stroller (travel system) for my best friend and the fabric on most of them doesn’t seem to comfortable. Do they come in something more comfortable but still washable?

You might have better luck with an aftermarket cover for it, but if she’s using the travel system as a carseat, those are generally not certified as safe.
